The left side case can vary from 20.0 to 29.0 liters while the right side case goes from 30 to 39 liters in capacity. The rider has great flexibility whether packing for long rides or for the daily commute through traffic.
When contracted, the bags result in a narrower profile than the previous R 1150 GS 'System' Cases while still offering more storage space. And when expanded, they have a larger capacity then even the GS 'Adventure' aluminum box panniers!
