Due to popular demand, we have also created a 'roadie' lycra version of the Tour Aotearoa design which was rolled out for the MTB jersey and shorts.  This listing is for a women's specific chamois.

We understand that a long arduous journey of 3,000km from Cape Reinga to Bluff in New Zealand requires cycling kit that is more conducive to long distance riding than a MTB jersey and shorts would allow. 

The most important part of the kit is the chamois and we are using quality Italian chamois from Interface Technologies and offer both women and men versions. We have gone ahead and included the upgrade version from Interface so that you will be riding on the best chamois possible.  The bib shorts leg gripper is made out of Italian materials and will provide comfort without moving up and down your leg as you pedal.

The jersey is aero fitting and has three rear pockets and a full front YKK zipper. The jersey sleeves and shoulders mould very nicely to your body contours and provide that extra aerodynamics you need to ride efficiently without any material flapping in the wind. The sleeves gripper is made out of Italian materials and the entire jersey is the best one we have ridden in. It is quick drying and long lasting. Also included is two reflective tags on the rear pockets for higher visibility when riding on the open roads.

In collaboration with famous Maori Artist, , we have come up with a unique design that embodies the spirit of the Tour Aotearoa.  The Maori motif on the jersey reflects the unique natural environment and culture of New Zealand. This design is known as Puhoro and is seen upon the tattooed thighs of warriors and along the hull of the Waka (canoe). It represents speed and agility.
